No Refunds Policy

All sales at How High are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed, whether in-store or via delivery.

Due to the nature of cannabis products, we cannot verify how items have been stored or handled after leaving our shop or after delivery. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on any cannabis product, including flowers, pre-rolls, hash, concentrates, and edibles.

Quality Guarantee at Point of Sale

We take product quality seriously. Every item is stored in controlled conditions and inspected before sale. We encourage all customers to:

  • Inspect your products at the time of purchase or delivery
  • Raise any concerns with our staff immediately, before leaving the shop or before the delivery driver departs
  • Contact us right away if there is an error with your order (wrong item, missing item)

If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, contact us within 1 hour of delivery and we will resolve the issue.

Accessories and Gear

Non-cannabis items (bongs, grinders, rolling papers, pipes, and accessories) are also sold as final sale. We do not accept returns on accessories unless the item arrives defective or damaged. If you receive a defective accessory, contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue.
