The Story Behind Nam Wah

Nam Wah takes its name from a variety of banana, the small, sweet Lady Finger type popular across Southeast Asia. The breeders at Symbiotic Genetics, a collaboration between two cannabis industry veterans known as The Village and the Budologist, designed this cross to build a sativa with genuine tropical fruit terps and real energy behind it. The genetics make sense on paper: Banana OG contributes that unmistakable ripe banana aroma and a touch of indica weight, while Mimosa V6 (Clementine x Purple Punch) pushes bright orange citrus and uplifting sativa energy into the mix.

Symbiotic Genetics, established in 2014, has built a reputation for flavour-forward breeding, and Nam Wah is a prime example of their approach.
