The Story Behind Peach Tree

Peach Tree came together through pure chance and a sharp eye. The story goes that a handful of Gelonade x P41 seeds were found growing wild in the corner of a hoop house after a long absence. Around fifty viable seeds were saved, grown out in Los Angeles, and selected over several runs. Duke of Erb handled the breeding work, and Doja Exclusive released the final cut at the 2024 Hall of Flowers in Sonoma County. The name fits the profile: Gelonade’s citrus lemonade character shifts mid-smoke into a ripe peach and pineapple sweetness pulled from the P41 side.

Both parents carry weight. Gelonade, bred by Connected Cannabis, is a Cannabis Cup winner built from Lemon Tree and Gelato 41. P41 contributes fruit-forward terpenes and hybrid vigour. Peach Tree inherits the best of both: a sativa-leaning headspace wrapped in tropical dessert flavour, without the racing intensity that pure sativas can bring.

The Nose

The jar smells like a fruit stand in July. Sweet and Tropical dominate the top, ripe peach and mango with a sticky sugary edge. Citrus cuts through next, bright lemon zest that sharpens the whole bouquet. Break a nug apart and Creamy and Mint tones emerge underneath, cool and smooth.
