Galaxy Sherb brings two pillars of the Cookies family together. The Sherb side is Sunset Sherbet, the creamy, fruity GSC x Pink Panties cross from Sherbinskis that has been a California staple for years and a parent to a long line of modern dessert strains. Biscotti is the other half, a Cookies strain that crosses Gelato 25 with South Florida OG, known for a sweet cookie-dough flavour wrapped around a sharp diesel-gas edge.

Put the two side by side and the logic is clear. Both parents trace back to Girl Scout Cookies, so Galaxy Sherb is dessert genetics stacked on dessert genetics, with Biscotti adding the fuel and the weight that stops it being purely sweet. The Nose
