Frawg Poison by Feel Good X Green Dawg
Frawg Poison by Feel Good is the Animal Face x Sin Mintz pheno that does not put you down. Candy gas and wet pine, then a body high you can still work through.
Frawg Poison by Feel Good X Green Dawg
Frawg Poison by Feel Good X Green Dawg is a balanced hybrid (45/55) out of Animal Face x Sin Mintz, the Ronin Seeds cross that also produced Toad Venom. At 25-29% THC, this pheno runs candy gas over wet pine and cool mint, then lands in a body that stays awake. Best for day and night.

The Story Behind Frawg Poison
Ronin Seeds released the Animal Face x Sin Mintz cross out of Los Angeles, and it became a line that everybody hunted at once. The most famous keeper turned into Toad Venom. But a pack of thirty seeds gives up more than one worthwhile plant, and the growers who found their own selections put them out under their own amphibian names. Frawg Poison is one of those. Same parents as the Toad, different plant, different hands, and a genuinely different result. Worth saying plainly: this lineage is the widely accepted answer rather than a documented one. Ronin never published a formal release sheet, and at least one major database lists the parents differently.
The grow is Green Dawg Cultivators, and that name carries weight in California. Drew Coggio, Eliot Papas and Keegan Manning started it in 2014, three friends from Vermont who ended up running one of the more respected indoor rooms in the state out of Sacramento. They are the house behind cuts that other brands get the credit for, Zoap and RS11 among them. Feel Good LA is the brand side of this jar, and the pairing is not a one off: the two released Dawg Walker together, an Albert Walker OG cross, before this one landed.
The Nose
Break a nug and it goes swampy in the best possible way. A thick Gassy funk comes first, greasy and slightly sour, with wet Pine sitting underneath it, closer to forest floor after rain than to anything from a bottle. Sweet arrives late and turns almost candied once the jar has been open a minute. That cool Mint thread is the Sin Mintz side reporting for duty, and it stops the whole thing reading heavy. Caryophyllene handles the peppery, resinous edge inside the gas, while Limonene lifts a faint Citrus brightness over the top. Further down, Myrcene carries the musky Earthy weight alongside a soft Creamy note that rounds off the sharp corners. The outlier is Nerolidol, rare in our jars, and it explains the floral streak running through all of it. Buds come dense and greasy to the touch, more olive than lime green, frosted tight enough that breaking one up takes a minute.
The Smoke
Thicker smoke than the nose leads you to expect, and it expands, so the first pull catches people out. Gassy and earthy land together on the inhale, rich and a little swampy, with the pine right behind them. Then the exhale turns, and that is where this cut gets interesting: a starchy, almost savoury note comes through, tropical fruit around the edges, a squeeze of sourness, and something close to umami at the very back. The creamy side coats the palate and stays put. This is not a polite smoke. It is loud and slightly greasy, and the flavour holds up better than most through the bottom third of a joint.
The High
Euphoric lift comes quickly, three or four minutes, and it reads more as a mood flip than a rush. Happy settles in right behind it. What surprises anyone who knows the Toad is how clear the head stays: Focused is genuinely part of this one, and there is enough Creative push that it works with a task instead of against it. Around fifteen minutes the body shows up, Relaxed through the shoulders first, then a warm Body High that spreads without pinning you anywhere. That is the entire argument for this pheno. Same parents as the strain famous for putting people to sleep, except this one lets you keep the afternoon.

Who Should Try Frawg Poison by Feel Good?
If you like the Animal Face family but cannot afford to lose an evening to it, this is the jar to reach for. Frawg Poison by Feel Good sits at 25 to 29% THC, so it is not a beginner purchase, but the balance means you can smoke it at two in the afternoon and still be good for something. For stress, muscle tension and pain it does the work without the sedation tax, and the appetite comes on strong enough to plan a meal around. Anxiety risk sits medium, so if you run anxious, take two pulls and give it ten minutes before deciding anything. Anyone who likes this corner of the gene pool should also look at Sinners Poison, another Feel Good collaboration from the same doughy mint gas family. And if the plan actually is to sleep, go straight to the Toad Venom instead.
