Mendo Breath was bred by Gage Green Group back in 2013, a collective known for producing some of the most respected boutique genetics in California. They crossed a select OGKB cut, acquired from a fellow breeder known as NorCal, with their own Mendo Montage male. OGKB (OG Kush Breath) is a mysterious strain that some believe is a rare Girl Scout Cookies phenotype, while others claim it descends from Cherry Pie Kush. Either way, OGKB brings dense structure, heavy resin, and that unmistakable sweet, doughy flavour.

Mendo Montage, the father in this cross, is itself a hybrid of Mendo Purps and Crystal Locomotive (Trainwreck x Aloha White Widow). The Mendocino County genetics run deep here, contributing the purple hues and earthy depth that define the strain. The result is a dessert-flavoured indica that hits like a weighted blanket, built for those who take their nighttime smoke seriously.

The Nose
