Planet of the Grapes RBX
Planet of the Grapes RBX is an indica-leaning hybrid (30/70) born from Grape Diamonds x (Chem D x i95) RBX. At 24-32% THC, this Thai-grown cut of the Ethos line pours on grape candy and greasy gas before locking you into a heavy body high. Best for night.
Thai Weed grown in Thailand.
The Story Behind Planet of the Grapes
Ethos Genetics built Planet of the Grapes to chase one thing: loud grape candy sitting on top of real potency. The cross pairs Grape Diamonds, a sugary purple selection out of the Member Berry family, with a Chem D x i95 male that hauls in greasy fuel and serious indica weight. The RBX tag means Ethos back-crossed the line to lock that grape-and-gas phenotype in place, so the plants run far more uniform than a first-generation hybrid would.
On their own Ethos Genetics page the line is flagged for intense, classic indica effects with total cannabinoids north of 30%. What you have here is a hand-picked phenotype grown out in Thailand, so the structure and cure are local while the genetics stay pure Ethos. The grape reads sweeter in the nose than the gas at first, then the Chem D side takes over the moment you spark it.
The Nose
Crack the bag and the grape lands first, less fresh fruit and more purple candy and grape soda. A sweet berry note from the Member Berry side sits right behind it, with a twist of citrus keeping things bright. Then the Chem D shows up: thick gas and an almost rubbery funk you can smell across the room. The buds run dark, deep violet through the leaf, and break down to a dusty earthy finish on your fingers. That musky weight underneath is the Myrcene, while the citrus lift comes off the Limonene. A peppery edge hides inside the gas thanks to Caryophyllene, with a little hoppy Humulene filling out the bottom end.
The Smoke
The smoke runs thick and a touch oily, the kind that coats your tongue instead of vanishing clean. On the inhale the grape candy is right up front, sweet and nearly syrupy. The exhale is where the gas takes over, leaving that greasy Chem D funk hanging at the back of the throat. It expands more than you expect, so a big first hit will catch a newer smoker sideways. The flavour holds down to the bottom of the bowl, the earthy base growing heavier as you go.
The High
It opens brighter than the 70% indica label suggests. The first ten minutes bring a euphoric, faintly giggly head rush that leaves you happy and a little floaty. That window does not last. As the THC settles, a relaxed wave rolls down into the shoulders and the body high takes the wheel. From there it turns genuinely heavy, the kind of weight that pins you to the sofa and makes standing up feel optional. Somewhere in the back half the hungry switch flips and the fridge starts calling. This is a strain that ends your evening for you, usually with the TV still running.

Who Should Try Planet of the Grapes RBX?
This one is for seasoned heads who want to be put down for the night. At the top of its 24-32% range it does not play around, so if you are newer or run anxious, take one or two pulls and wait before reloading. It earns its keep as a nightcap: if you wrestle with insomnia, chronic pain, or an appetite that disappears, it covers all three and then walks you toward sleep. Save it for an evening with nothing left on the calendar, because Planet of the Grapes RBX has no interest in your to-do list.
