The Story Behind Zangbanger

Zangbanger is a collision between two genetic worlds. Wizard Trees, the team founded by Terphogz (the creators behind Zkittlez), crossed Sherbanger 22 with Zangria to build something that stacks gas on fruit without losing either side. Sherbanger 22 is a Sunset Sherbet x Headbanger cross, with the “22” referring to the specific phenotype selected for resin production and terpene density. That parent brings creamy, gassy, peppery weight. On the other side, Zangria is Wizard Trees’ own Z-family creation, carrying the candy-sweet brightness that runs through every Zkittlez descendant.

Rimikkusu, a Bangkok-based grower known for premium Z-family genetics, took these seeds and dialled in a cut that lets both parents speak. The Sherbet backbone comes through loud on the nose, while the Zangria sweetness builds through the smoke and stays present all the way to the roach. At 25-30% THC with high sleepiness, this is not a daytime strain. It is designed to put you down.

The Nose

Crack the seal and Citrus fills the room immediately, sharp and bright. Sweet follows right behind, candy-forward warmth from the Zangria side.
